Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in construction as a cost consultant.
- Advanced skills with spreadsheets, charts, and presentations.
- RICS accredited or working towards accreditation is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of monthly cost reports for client.
- Coordinate cost estimates and manage the negotiation of change orders.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and final accounts.
