Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in cost management within the construction industry.
• RICS accreditation or progress towards it preferred.
• Experience in managing medium to large-sized construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and negotiate change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Provide estimate and cost planning including final cost plan presentation.
• Manage cost checks and perform valuations on larger projects.
