Job summary
Otis Worldwide Corporation is seeking a Global Real Estate Operations Analyst to support lease administration, financial analysis, and portfolio optimization across a 2,300+ location global real estate portfolio. You will collaborate with Regional Portfolio Leaders and cross-functional teams to maintain data accuracy and drive process improvements.

Qualifications
- Advanced financial analysis and modeling skills.
- Knowledge of lease structures and portfolio management concepts.
- Experience managing outsourced third-party services providers and KPIs.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Ability to operate in a highly matrixed, global organization.
Responsibilities
- Support global lease administration processes and maintain data quality, reporting, and compliance standards.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and regional teams on lease obligations, renewals, and risk mitigation.
- Own and manage standardized financial models for site selection, lease vs. buy decisions, and portfolio optimization strategies.
- Assist in executive-level reporting and business case development for large transactions.
- Align global standards with regional execution needs.
