Responsibilities
- Ensure payer responses are processed correctly and timely.
- Assist patients with incoming calls and emails.
- Responsible for uploading and posting to NextGen.
- Ensure all payer batches are balanced and worked completely.
- Review and research outstanding accounts receivable.
Skills
Knowledge of medical insurance billing/account receivables
Knowledge of computer systems
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Skill in verbal and written communication
Ability to multi-task
Education
Six to twelve months related experience/training
