Job summary

VIO Med Spa is seeking a professional Master Esthetician to deliver skincare services such as facials, HydraFacial treatments, chemical peels, microneedling, and advanced rejuvenation procedures in our Orem, Utah location.

The role includes growth contributions through membership sales, product recommendations, and client rebooking strategies, while maintaining safety, sanitation, and exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

Licensed esthetician with active license in the jurisdiction of employment.
Knowledge of current esthetic treatment practices, products and trends.
Ability to consult patients regarding skin care needs, techniques and treatment plans.

Responsibilities

Assess clients' skin conditions to recommend appropriate treatments and products.
Perform facials, including cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, and moisturizing based on skin type and concerns.
Educate clients on proper skincare routines, at-home care, and sun protection.
Ensure all equipment and treatment rooms are sanitized and compliant with health and safety standards.
Maintain accurate client records including history, preferences, and sensitivities.
Promote and sell skincare products and additional services to clients.
Stay updated on skincare trends and new techniques through ongoing education.
