Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, criminal justice, accounting or related field.
CAMS certification strongly preferred; advanced certifications helpful.
5+ years of BSA/AML, sanctions, or fraud investigations experience.
Experience conducting multi-account, multi-entity investigations.
Proficient with financial-crime typologies and monitoring tools.
Familiar with Actimize, FCRM, and watchlist screening.

Responsibilities

Independently conduct complex investigations across products and customer types.
Handle repeat SAR subjects and examiner-referred matters.
Analyze transactional, KYC/CDD, and open-source information.
Identify systemic risks and escalations to leadership.
Draft SAR narratives and maintain documentation standards.
Coordinate with QA and regulatory partners as needed.
Provide coaching and share best practices with peers.
