About the Role

We are seeking a hands‑on Manufacturing Engineer to support first‑shift catheter production in a cleanroom medical device environment. This role is highly floor‑focused and ideal for candidates who enjoy working directly with operators, solving problems on the spot, and driving production improvements.

What You’ll Do

Provide front‑line engineering support on the production floor (cleanroom; 80%+ of the day).
Respond to operator escalations involving scrap, yield issues, quality concerns, and equipment errors.
Perform scrap dissections, root‑cause analysis, and drive yield improvements.
Troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and cross‑functional teams to support smooth production runs.
Build strong relationships with operators; coach and support them as needed.
Participate in ergonomic and safety improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Biomedical, Industrial, or related).
1–3 years of hands‑on production support experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
