Job Overview

Join our dedicated healthcare team in Baltimore, MD, a vibrant city known for its rich history and cultural diversity. We are seeking an experienced professional to manage patient care and facilitate effective discharge planning.

Schedule

Shift: Monday to Friday, 5 x 8‑hour days from 08:30 to 17:00. No on‑call requirement, but the option to pick up weekend shifts is available if needed.

Responsibilities

Assess patient needs and order Durable Medical Equipment (DME).

Requirements

MD License.
BLS Certification.
