Qualifications

• Active Florida RN or LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• 1-3 years in a healthcare facility.
• Proficient in clinical software.

Responsibilities

• Communicate patient progress with physicians.
• Audit patient/resident orders for accuracy.
• Make rounds during assigned shift.
• Coordinate unit huddle meetings.
• Educate nursing staff on non-compliance areas.
• Care for patients using nursing process per policies.
• Evaluate patient needs within 24 hours of admission.
• Develop individualized care plans with the healthcare team.
• Ensure supplies, meds, equipment stored properly.
• Answer call lights within established timeframe.
