Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, public administration or related field.
Associate degree with two years’ experience in governmental budgeting, finance, accounting, data analysis, and/or contract/grants administration; experience may substitute education on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

Analyze contractual, legal, funding, or legislative documents for terms, requirements, scope, rates, and scope of work.
Coordinate with staff, vendors, and contractors to ensure deliverables and invoicing reflect contract scope and rates.
Review and process vendor invoices related to rail operations, capital projects, and services with proper funding allocations.
