Qualifications
- 1 year or less of experience with relevant degree or 2+ years of experience in Brokerage or P&C Underwriting.
- Knowledge of underwriting principles and policy forms.
Responsibilities
- Accepts, rejects, or modifies new and renewal business.
- Markets company products to achieve growth targets.
- Develops relationships with agents and communicates changes.
- Promotes the company's image in networking settings.
- Achieve premium and income goals quarterly.
