Job summary

Nitra, Inc. in the United States is seeking an Account Executive located in the DC or NYC area to identify and qualify leads, initiate conversations through cold calling, and help expand our healthcare fintech customer base.

This full-time role offers a base salary with equity and commission, with the opportunity to exceed the base through strong performance. We operate with a hybrid policy and a fast-paced, ambitious team focused on meaningful impact.

Qualifications

Proven experience in cold calling to generate leads and initiate sales conversations.
2+ years of sales experience with successful lead conversion and growth.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

Conduct cold outreach via phone, email, and in-person meetings to generate leads.
Attend conferences to engage with peers and prospects and close sales leads.
Collaborate with Sales to plan lead generation and customer acquisition strategies.
Demonstrate products to convert prospects into customers.
Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions and activities.
Develop pitches and materials tailored to different customer segments.
