Job summary

Nitra is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and scale our team of Account Executives, driving growth across our fintech tools and medical supply marketplace. You’ll own pipeline performance, coaching, and GTM strategy for healthcare providers in an in-person role based in NYC or DC.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years managing high-velocity sales teams.
• Proven ability to lead outbound sales reps in SMB/B2B environments.
• Track record of hitting/exceeding quotas and scaling early sales operations.
• Experience building and improving processes in high-growth/startup settings.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills to manage a young, hungry team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and performance reporting.
• Background in healthcare, fintech, or marketplace platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; former athletes or team leaders encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage a growing team of Account Executives to meet aggressive sales targets and KPIs.
• Own weekly pipeline reviews, forecast accuracy, and team productivity metrics.
• Develop and refine outbound sales strategies (calls, emails, in-person outreach).
• Drive field sales initiatives and coordinate participation at industry conferences to close high-value deals.
• Monitor and optimize sales process from outreach to close.
• Create pitch materials, scripts, and objection-handling docs.
• Lead coaching and career development through 1:1s and feedback loops.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product to relay customer insights and optimize lead generation.
• Maintain hands-on presence by modeling best practices and supporting high-value opportunities.
