Job summary

Aerio Partners is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive financial planning, analysis, reporting, and decision support for leadership. This hands-on role spans forecasting, modeling, and strategic initiatives with broad exposure to business performance.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in FP&A, strong budgeting skills, and proven ability to translate data into actionable insights for executives. Base compensation is up to $112,000 with an 8% target bonus.

Qualifications

3+ years in FP&A, financial analysis, or related roles.
Strong budgeting and forecasting experience.
Demonstrated financial modeling capabilities.
Experience analyzing P&L performance and financial results.
Exposure to balance sheet and cash-flow analysis.
Advanced analytical and data-analysis capabilities.
Ability to partner with stakeholders across the organization.
Strong project-management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing financial planning.
Analyze financial performance and explain key business drivers.
Prepare recurring financial reporting and variance analysis.
Support P&L analysis and performance management.
Assist with balance sheet and cash-flow analysis.
Build and maintain financial models supporting operational and strategic decisions.
Partner with business stakeholders to evaluate financial performance.
Identify cost-saving and profit-enhancement opportunities.
Analyze financial and operating data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Support strategic planning and business initiatives.
Provide financial analysis for projects and operational improvements.
Improve reporting processes and analytical efficiency.
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to finance and business leadership.
