Job summary

- Provide explicit, systematic instruction in phonemic awareness and decoding.
- Support writing development, including letter formation and sentence construction.
Skills
Experience working with students with autism and developmental disabilities
Strong background in foundational literacy
Experience supporting reading fluency and comprehension development
Solid understanding of foundational math concepts
Knowledge of positive behavior support
Creative in incorporating student interests into lessons
