Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project management and/or estimating.
- Strong understanding of job costing, P&L statements, receivables, and cash flow.
- Construction Project Management: 5 years (Required).
- Earthwork and Underground Infrastructure: 3 years (Required).
- Public Infrastructure: 3 years (Required).
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects from bidding through closeout.
- Prepare and submit competitive bids and coordinate material takeoffs.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, RFIs, and overall performance.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and under budget using strong financial oversight.
- Embrace feedback, adapt to change, and support continuous improvement.
