Job summary
A leading construction company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for overseeing project management in heavy/highway construction. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience related to ITS/Electrical/Signal/Signage, a degree in Civil Engineering is preferred. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills along with creativity and team building abilities. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in ITS/Electrical/Signal/Signage on heavy/highway construction.
- Creativity and innovation are a must.
- Familiar with grading, drainage, paving (asphalt and concrete), bridge construction.
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for safety, quality, and budget for projects.
- Prepare project status reports and ensure work adheres to contract specifications.
- Manage cost, schedule, and program documentation.
Skills
Heavy/Highway experience related to ITS/Electrical/Signal/Signage
Excellent team building skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Education
BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
