Job summary
IDS International is seeking an Assistant IT Support Lead to support DoD RMF, vulnerability assessments, and information assurance activities at Fort Bragg. You will assist with RMF package management, create and maintain security artifacts, and help ensure compliance across DoD information systems.
The role requires a secret clearance and a degree in IT or cybersecurity, with hands-on RMF, vulnerability scanning (ACAS/Nessus), and security documentation experience in a DoD context.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or Cybersecurity; or Associate degree with 5+ years experience.
- Current certification for DoD DCWF Information Systems Security Officer (Intermediate/Advanced), e.g., CISSP or CISM.
- Minimum 20 hours CPD annually or as required to maintain certifications.
- Experience with RMF, vulnerability assessments, and cybersecurity principles.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux OS security and DoD RMF artifacts.
Responsibilities
- Support DoD RMF packages within eMASS.
- Conduct vulnerability scans with ACAS/Nessus and analyze results.
- Develop and maintain RMF artifacts (SSP, POA&M).
- Support cybersecurity and information assurance activities.
- Assist with incident response and handling.
- Support security system design and implementation.
