Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably full-cycle.
• Agency recruiting experience and/or life safety, construction, or related technical industry experience.
• Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional written and verbal communication; familiarity with ATS and MS Office.
• Ability to collaborate with hiring managers, HR team members, and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, team dynamics, and business priorities.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, to candidate follow-up.
• Source active and passive candidates through job boards, resume databases, networking, referrals, trade schools, and industry groups.
• Recruit for a variety of positions including field technicians, designers, project managers, sales, admin and corporate roles.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for high-demand roles.
• Screen candidates for experience, skills, compensation expectations, and overall fit.
• Provide hiring managers with candidate summaries, market feedback, and recommendations.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and teams.
• Support offer preparation, background checks, and pre-employment processes as needed.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in the ATS.
• Promote the company’s culture, benefits, and value proposition to candidates.
• Track recruiting activity and key metrics to improve effectiveness.
• Build relationships with trade schools, apprenticeship programs, and industry groups.
• Stay informed on labor market trends and recruiting best practices.
