Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Chemical Dependency, or related field is highly desired.
- Licensed as an CDCA, LICDC, LCDC III, or LCDC II through the Ohio CDP Board OR LSW or CT through the Ohio CSWMFT Board is required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience with AOD population is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide chemical dependency intakes, screenings, and assessments.
- Provide individual and group counseling.
- Perform clinical record keeping.
