Job summary

Gartner is seeking a Lead Security Analyst to join our Human Cyber Risk & Assessment Team. You will assess human-centric cyber risks, design and manage DLP programs, and collaborate across HR, Legal, and IT to strengthen our security posture.

You will mentor junior analysts and present risk findings to leadership while staying ahead of evolving attack vectors. Hybrid work and a strong benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (experience may substitute).
5-7 years of hands-on information security with focus on human-centric risks, DLP, and insider threats.
Knowledge of NIST/ISO 27001 frameworks and regulatory requirements.
Experience with DLP principles and insider risk methodologies.
Familiarity with phishing, social engineering, BEC and malware delivery.

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments of human-centric cyber risks and identify vulnerabilities.
Design, implement, and monitor DLP strategies and alerts; investigate incidents.
Develop programs to detect and mitigate insider risks with HR/Legal collaboration.
Stay ahead of threats targeting human vulnerabilities and recommend countermeasures.
Provide security awareness training and report risk posture to leadership.
