Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems.
- Ensure timely completion of work orders through CMMS management.
- Direct maintenance personnel engaged in equipment installation and repairs.
- Analyze and troubleshoot hospital's systems and recommend actions.
- Support compliance and ensure readiness for inspections.
- Design and govern the CMMS program to meet regulatory requirements.
