Fendi is seeking a Worldwide Retail Performance Senior Manager to drive growth, efficiency, and excellence across its global store network. Reporting into the Worldwide Retail organization based in Rome, this role will be instrumental in shaping and monitoring retail KPIs, embedding best practices, and ensuring consistent, high-level execution across all markets. With a strong analytical mindset and passion for luxury retail, the Senior Manager will partner with regional leaders, retail teams, and global functions to enhance performance, deliver operational excellence, and elevate the signature Fendi client experience worldwide.

Job responsibilities:
  • Activate the Fendi WW strategy in‑store by focusing the retail network on a few key strategic priorities they can control and improve to grow the brand and the business
  • Define, monitor, and analyze retail KPIs (sales productivity, conversion, UPT, ATV, traffic, clienteling efficiency, staffing, stock efficiency, etc.) to improve performance globally.
  • Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and performance reviews to ensure simplicity, alignment and visibility across Regions and Worldwide management.
  • Develop a culture of data‑driven decisions, by driving insights and actions from analysis and design and implement strategic programs that are embraced by the WW network
  • Advance and deploy Fendi’s Retail Excellence framework, establishing best practices across team management, selling ceremony, shopfloor and BOH organization, clienteling, after‑sales, and omnichannel execution.
  • Guarantee adoption of tools, processes, and KPIs worldwide, driving consistency and impact.
  • Lead cross‑functional strategic projects that drive store performance, coordinating with Merchandising, Client Development, Digital, Training, HR, and Finance.
  • Support the execution of Fendi’s omnichannel retail strategy and a profound clienteling culture, ensuring integration and elevation across physical and digital touchpoints
  • Act as the global point of reference for Retail Performance, partnering closely with Regional Presidents, Retail leaders, and corporate stakeholders
  • Coach and support Regional Retail Performance teams while managing and developing one direct report.
Profile:
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA a plus.
  • At least 10 years’ experience in Retail Performance, Retail Strategy, or Retail Operations within luxury or fashion.
  • Strong analytical background, with proven ability to turn data into strategic action.
  • Experience leading global or regional projects in complex, matrix organizations.
  • Excellent leadership and influencing skills, able to engage across functions and cultures.
  • Highly organized, entrepreneurial, and results‑driven.
  • Fluent in English; Italian and/or French are a plus.
