The position is based in our HQ in Rome. The candidate will report to the WW Budget & Reporting Sr Manager and will support the development and the implementation of HR strategies at Worldwide level in respect of WW Budget & Reporting strategies.

Overview

The position is based in our HQ in Rome. The candidate will report to the WW Budget & Reporting Sr Manager and will support the development and the implementation of HR strategies at Worldwide level in respect of WW Budget & Reporting strategies.

Job responsibilities
  • In collaboration with the Manager, set and cascade the guidelines at WW level of each exercise for both Reporting and Budget processes, being the point of contact for any related matter;
  • Work in partnership with Regional HR teams and coordinate them for the preparation and submission of the Headcounts and FTEs report to the LVMH Group and to our internal stakeholders;
  • WW Reporting activities on Payroll Cost and Headcounts and FTEs to support decisions at Maison and Group level;
  • Support the Manager in collaborating with the Regional HRs for the preparation of the Payroll Costs Budget and Forecast for Retail Companies and submission of the final staff cost landing file to CFO and CEO;
  • Collect and Check WW HR data for the LVMH Social Report, assuring reliability and uniformity of the information;
  • Ensure the highest data quality and continuous improvement of processes and internal HR;
  • WW Retail Organization analysis, processes and management.
Profile
  • Degree in Business Administration or Economics;
  • 1-2 years related experience in an international environment;
  • Fluency in Italian and English. French is a plus;
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • Proactive attitude and high attention to details;
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
