Work in Portugal - Customer Operations/Italian Market (Accommodation from Day 1)

Join the Global People Sphere as a Customer Operations Expert located in Lisbon, Portugal. We are looking for Italian‑speaking talent who wants to build a career in Customer Operations and International Support while working in a diverse, multicultural environment.

Your Main Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms, and calls.
  • Handle support tickets related to general queries, refunds, or incomplete services.
  • Call users to speed up case resolution and improve communication.
  • Perform back‑office tasks that may involve outbound calls.
  • Conduct outbound calls to promote products, collect feedback, and support customer success.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
  • Achieve performance goals and respect deadlines.
  • Provide operational feedback and elevate cases when needed.
Salary Package

Option 1 – With Company Housing

Total Gross Cash Compensation: 1,050 € per month

  • Base salary
  • Monthly holiday & Christmas allowances
  • Meal allowance (7 € per working day)
  • Apartment benefit‑in‑kind (200 € declared on payslip, tax‑free until 31/12/2026)
  • Health insurance from day one
  • Potential productivity bonus (performance‑based)

Option 2 – Without Apartment (Housing arranged by candidate)

Total Gross Cash Compensation: 1,379.00 € per month

  • Higher base salary (no apartment benefit)
  • Monthly holiday & Christmas allowances
  • Meal allowance
  • Health insurance from day one
  • Potential productivity bonus (performance‑based)
Training Information
  • Schedule: 8 hours/day
  • Training content includes system onboarding, customer management, product training & on‑the‑job practice.
  • Training allowance: 42.72 € per day.
  • Payment is made only if training is fully completed.
Working Conditions
  • 40 hours/week + 1 hour lunch break.
  • 22 vacation days per year.
  • Italian holidays apply.
  • If you work on a Portuguese public holiday, you receive a compensation day.
  • Office located near Oriente / Moscavide stations (easy access by metro, bus, train).
