Work in Portugal - Customer Care/Italian Market (Remote Job with Accommodation)

We are looking for Italian‑speaking talents who want to build a career in Customer Operations & International Support while working in a diverse, multicultural environment in Lisbon. The role is Customer Support Representative, Remote in Portugal, targeting the Italian‑speaking market.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms, and calls
• Handle support tickets related to general queries, refunds, or incomplete services
• Call users to speed up case resolution and improve communication
• Perform back‑office tasks that may involve outbound calls
• Conduct outbound calls to promote products, collect feedback, and support customer success
• Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
• Achieve performance goals and respect deadlines
• Provide operational feedback and escalate cases when needed

Salary Package (With & Without Accommodation)

• Salary: Up to 1,000 + performance & complexity bonus gross/monthly (14 salaries per year)
• Relocation support (exceptional, for candidates moving from abroad)

Accommodation Option

Studio apartment in a company shared building for up to 12 months. Rent: 280 €/month, all utilities included (deducted from payslip).

Working Conditions

• 40 hours/week + 1 hour lunch break
• 22 vacation days per year
• If you work on a Portuguese public holiday, you receive a compensation day
