About the Opportunity

Responsibilities

  • Escalate more complex cases to the appropriate teams when required.
Qualifications
  • Fluency in Italian C2 level.
  • English level: minimum B2 (intermediate) or higher.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities remotely.
  • Stable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
