A leading international hospitality project in Portugal seeks an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative. • Handle bookings and customer requests via phone and email
• Provide information about hotel offers, prices, and loyalty programs
• Suggest upgrades and travel options to enhance the guest experience
• Represent a well-known hospitality brand with professionalism and warmth

Who you are

• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
• Fluency in Italian (C1) and English (B2)
• Experience in customer service or hospitality / sales preferred
• Positive, customer-focused, and eager to learn
• Open to relocating to Lisbon, Portugal

What We Offer

• With company accommodation: ~1,050 gross / month
• Without accommodation: ~1,305 gross / month

Schedule

• Full time: Monday to Sunday rotational shifts
