Nomadify seeks a Customer Service Representative to join its international Lisbon team. You will handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat, provide accurate information, and ensure customer satisfaction.

No prior CS experience is required; training is provided. Relocation benefits include NIF/NISS assistance and a 2,500€ gross relocation bonus.

Competenze

Full Relocation Bonus

For candidates moving from outside of Continental Portugal: Bureaucratic support to get the NIF and NISS. Assistance in finding a house according to the needs of the candidate. Relocation bonus of 2500€ (gross) paid with the first payroll cycle – €1500 Gross offered to support candidates within Portugal (100Km away from Lisbon or more).

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are native or fluent in one European language (French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Nordic languages, etc.)
• Have basic to intermediate English skills (B1 or higher)
• Are available to relocate to Lisbon for a minimum of 12 months
• Are customer-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn
• Are open to working in an international, structured environment

No previous customer service experience required – full training is provided.
