A growing womenswear brand is expanding in Italy and across Europe, seeking a Sales Representative (B2B) to aid commercial development and market presence. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the fashion industry, strong client relationship management skills, and a passion for fashion. The ideal candidate should also have advanced proficiency in Italian and English. The position offers the opportunity to drive sales in boutiques and establish long-term client relationships.

We are expanding in Italy and across Europe! We are currently looking for professional Womenswear Brand Representatives to support our commercial development and local market presence. This role is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in wholesale and retail relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Market Growth: Represent MAYBE and drive sales within the assigned territory (boutiques, buyer stores, distributors).
  • Sales Targets: Promote new collections and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Events & Promotion: Participate in trade fairs, showrooms, order campaigns, and local promotional activities.
  • Relationship Management: Manage long‑term client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Market Insight: Gather market and competitor insights to support product development and commercial strategy.
Qualifications
  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the fashion industry or buyer channels.
  • Expertise: Deep knowledge of the local retail market and an existing client network.
