Jobtailor is seeking a hands-on Wind Turbine Site Supervisor in Taranto to lead installation activities and coordinate crew on local wind parks. This role focuses on safety, quality assurance, and efficient project execution.

You will oversee inspections, coordinate unloading and assembly work, and ensure accurate reporting and documentation for cost planning and quality improvement. Fluency in Italian and English is essential.

Competenze

• High school degree plus 2–3 years in construction management or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in site and team management.
• Knowledge of safety, management procedures, delivery stations, electrical instruments, cells, and APIs; understanding of technical documents.
• Experience in the wind sector is valuable.
• Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written) is essential.

Mansioni

• Supervising lifting operations, wind turbine preparation, and inspections
• Follow‑up work inside the wind turbine at all Vestas wind parks under assembly
• Ensuring the quality guarantee, reporting any non‑compliance, and creating punch lists during wind turbine installation
• Ensuring proper unloading of components: inspection, repairs of the wind turbine during installation, and work inside the tower
• Reporting on safety, cost planning, quality improvement, and deviations
