A luxury fashion brand in Milan is looking for an experienced Wholesale Sales Manager to drive growth in the wholesale channel. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the fashion luxury industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously. Responsibilities include negotiating budgets, scouting new clients, and executing marketing strategies. Fluency in English is required, and a second language is preferred.

WHOLESALE SALES MANAGER

The Attico is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Manager for the wholesale channel, based in Milan, with proven experience in designer / luxury wholesale to drive the brand’s growth. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be well connected, detail oriented, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strategic mindset. You will have a strong understanding of international markets and key players worldwide and you will have the ability to communicate collections with energy and professionalism.

Ideally starting early 2026.

Responsibilities
  • Definition, communication and negotiation of budgets with respective clients
  • New clients scouting
  • Wholesale market visits
  • Sell through follow up with clients, analysis, monitoring of performance, active proposal of swaps / replenishments / marketing activations
  • Product training execution to key accounts presenting The Attico new collections driven by the commercial goals
  • Sharing marketing material & pricing and markdown recommendations with clients
  • Pop-up and digital activations negotiations & sales results analysis and monitoring
  • Overseeing customer services activities to ensure orders are invoiced, shipped and delivered in a timely manner
  • Coordinating with CS and finance on payment issues
  • Showroom organization support (including appointment bookings & virtual showroom set up)
  • Order entry & checks
  • Collection edits and commercial openings support during sales campaign
  • End of season reporting (with sales feedback & product recommendations)
  • Pricing and discount monitoring
  • Geo-pricing definition for the major foreign currencies
  • Work with design, marketing & product to recommend VM commercial strategy and guidelines
  • Special projects (capsules, collaboration)
  • Competitor benchmarking / mapping
Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years of wholesale experience, in the fashion luxury industry
  • Excellent communication, written and verbal
  • Strong reporting & analytical skills
  • Attention to details and able to multitask
  • Ability to work in autonomy
  • Problem solving, use of own initiative and drive
  • Team player
  • Fluent English is a must
  • 2 nd language preferred
