We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Wholesale Coordinatorto support our global wholesales operations. This role is integral to the salesprocess, ensuring seamless collaboration between the brand and our retail partners. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and passionate about fashion sales, with strong project management skills and a willingness to travel.
RESPONSIBILITIES
PRE-SALES
- Manage the sales campaign calendarand send invitations to retail partners.
- Review and upload the seasonal catalogto the digital showroom platform (Joor).
- Prepare and distribute digital and physical assetsto retail partners.
SALES
- Organize and oversee sales campaignsin key fashion cities (Milan, Paris, New York).
- Sell the collection to retail partners and assist in closing orders.
- Request, review, and confirm final wholesale orders.
AFTER-SALES
- Communicatefinal order quantitiesto the production team.
- Create and maintain theproduct master filewith retail pricing across geographies.
- Monitor and trackstore deliveriesto ensure timely fulfillment.
- Overseevisual merchandisingin physical stores through store visits or photo requests.
- Audit and managebrand/product pageson online retailer platforms, requesting updates when necessary.
- Provide ongoing support to retail partners, addressing inquiries and operational needs.
- Maintain and analyze theglobal sell-through reportto track sales performance.
- Identify opportunities tooptimize stock, includingstock swaps, recuts, and ATS (available-to-sell) proposals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team onin-store activationsand brand initiatives.
- Assist inmajor events, such asfashion week presentations, photoshoots, and trunk shows.
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- At least two year experience inretail or wholesale; wholesale experience preferred.
- Fluency in English(written and spoken) is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity withwholesale platforms (Joor is a plus).
- Proficiency inExcel and data analysis.
- Knowledge ofluxury or contemporary fashion brandsis beneficial.
