Airswift is seeking a Welding Specialist for the Safaniyah Water Handling Project in Milan, Italy. Located in Milan, the project aims to enhance water handling capabilities with strong emphasis on safety and quality across EPC interfaces.

The role requires extensive welding expertise, EPC process familiarity, and robust engineering judgment to guide design reviews, schedule planning, and issue resolution within a large-scale energy initiative.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• 15 years of relevant experience in large to mega projects per the CSD welding group.
• Thorough knowledge of engineering practices and economic principles, calculation methods and design details.
• Good working knowledge of international standards and procedures.

• Plan and prepare schedules for completing work within deadlines.
• Ensure that the job progresses according to the established schedule.
• Review, participate, guide, and manage the FEED/EPC contractor in developing the scope of works as defined in the various Work Entity Releases (WER’s).
• Provide technical support to the project management team and engage in specialty services related to static equipment, piping, material selection, corrosion control, non-metallic materials, and PMI.
• Resolve specialty-related engineering issues by applying accepted principles, codes, and standards.

Plan and prepare schedules for completing work within deadlines.

Ensure that the job progresses according to the established schedule.

Review, participate, guide, and manage the FEED/EPC contractor in developing the scope of works as defined in the various Work Entity Releases (WER’s).

Provide technical support to the project management team and engage in specialty services related to static equipment, piping, material selection, corrosion control, non-metallic materials, and PMI.
