Competenze

  • 2 years of experience as a welding engineer within production.

Mansioni

  • Provide metallurgical and welding support to comply with contractual requirements.
  • Evaluate Client/End User tender documents relevant to metallic materials.
  • Prepare and issue preliminary welding documents for assigned projects.
  • Prepare/update welding general specifications and standards.
  • Review welding documents issued by manufacturers.
  • Define and witness welding trial tests for special materials.
  • Prepare welding qualification plans and associated costs.
  • Calculate raw material consumption and relevant costs.

Conoscenze

Basic knowledge of welding standards and process
Advanced use of Microsoft Office package
