Job summary

MICI is a fast-growing Swiss premium brand crafting minimalist, hand-finished leather sneakers with no logos and a strong online presence. This remote Web & Graphic Designer role supports marketing and e-commerce, delivering visuals that carry the MICI aesthetic across our website, ads, and social channels.

You will work independently from briefing to delivery, creating website banners, landing pages, newsletter graphics, and AI visuals for social posts.

Qualifications

• Must be located in the EU with work authorization.
• Proven experience in web and graphic design for fashion or premium brands.
• Portfolio link is mandatory and required for review.
• Strong command of design tools (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom).
• Basic video editing / motion skills and familiarity with AI visuals.

Responsibilities

• Produce website mock-ups and landing pages ready for development.
• Design advertising banners for Meta and Google campaigns.

You'll produce the visual assets that carry the MICI aesthetic across our website, ads, and social channels - clean, premium, and consistent with the brand. You work independently - we brief, you deliver, with minimal hand-holding.

The designs are minimalist on the outside while rich in subtle craftsmanship - emphasizing what is hidden rather than loud branding. MICI shoes are built to last, with construction quality that speaks for itself and no visible logos. The brand is available directly through mici.store and ships across Europe, North America, and the Middle East, complemented by selected marketplace partners as it scales.

Qualifications

• Must be located in the EU
• Proven experience in web and graphic design for fashion, lifestyle, or premium brands (strongly preferred)
• A portfolio link is mandatory - applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed
• Strong command of design tools (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom)
• Basic video editing / motion skills (CapCut, After Effects, or similar)
• Good eye for minimalist, premium aesthetics and brand consistency
• Familiarity with AI tools for visuals is a plus (Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, etc.)
• Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage
