Your role

We are looking for a Wearable NPI Process Owner who will lead the end-to-end supply chain readiness for new product launches. You coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure that all supply chain elements— from planning to logistics— are aligned and ready for market introduction, through all the distribution channels.

Main responsibilities

1. Manage the supply chain workstream of NPI projects from concept to launch.
2. Coordinate with R&D, Manufacturing, and Logistics to ensure launch readiness.
3. Identify risks and mitigation plans related to supply chain execution.
4. Ensure timely availability of components, packaging, and finished goods.
5. Track launch milestones, budgets, volumes and KPIs.
6. Launch Calendar and Milestones management.
7. Be the owner of the following key deliverables/activities: NPI supply chain launch plan and timeline; launch readiness checklist and risk register; launch volumes drilled down per channels and geographies; process organization for the launch, with roles and responsibilities.
