What You Will Do
  • Physical and computerized reception of goods arriving from Italy, abroad, and non‑EU countries: large electrotechnical equipment, technical instrumentation for maintenance and lab tests, industrial semi‑finished products, etc.
  • Quantitative and qualitative control of products received, reporting any anomalies or damage.
  • Verification of correspondence between purchase/reception orders and related delivery documents.
  • Cataloguing, labeling, and correct allocation of goods received, according to company procedures and traceability criteria.
  • Preparation of outgoing orders, ensuring compliance with requests from laboratories or internal customers.
  • Internal movement of materials and instrumentation between the warehouse and company departments, in compliance with deadlines and priorities, and management and coordination of the related internal flows.
  • Management and archiving logistics documentation (delivery notes, transport documents, handling reports, etc.).
  • Enforcement of workplace safety regulations and maintenance of order in the warehouse.
What You Bring
Experience & Knowledge
  • Secondary school diploma, preferably in technical economic institute, professional institute for commercial services, or technical institute for transport and logistics.
  • Consolidated experience in warehouse management in industrial, production, structured, and large companies.
  • In‑depth knowledge of logistics flows (reception, storage, shipping).
  • Ability to read and understand transport documents and purchase orders.
  • Familiarity with digital tools (Excel, email, barcode terminals, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of the English language.
