A logistics management company in Italy is seeking an experienced warehouse manager to oversee the management of incoming and outgoing materials, conduct inventory counts, and maintain safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience, fluent English communication skills, and familiarity with SAP or other management systems. This role offers an annual bonus and a food allowance.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for arranging incoming and outgoing of all the materials of warehouse (including machine, parts, tools, etc.), keep well record for all related documents and feedback to downstream node timely.
• Responsible for warehouse onsite management, including shelf management, label management, safety, fire prevention, theft prevention, moisture prevention, dust prevention, and safe electricity use in the warehouse.
• Responsible for conducting regular inventory count, forming an inventory table, analyse, explain & adjust the inventory differences.
• Participate in the development of spare parts demand plans.
• Responsible for cleaning and handling follow‑up of obsolete inventory materials.

Job Qualifications

• Experience: Relative experience for 2‑3 years.
• Software: Office.
• English: Fluent English communication.
• System: Familiar with SAP or other warehouse management system.
• Soft Skills: Communication and coordination skills.
• Ability: Executive ability.
• Education: Logistics, finance, management, international trade and other related fields, college degree or above.
• Accept domestic & overseas business trip.
• With forklift license/crane license will be better.
