Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for arranging incoming and outgoing of all warehouse materials (including machine, parts, tools, etc.), keeping well‑recorded documents and giving timely feedback to downstream nodes.
- Responsible for warehouse onsite management, including shelf management, label management, safety, fire prevention, theft prevention, moisture prevention, dust prevention, and safe electricity use.
- Conduct regular inventory counts, create inventory tables, analyze, explain, and adjust inventory differences.
- Participate in the development of spare‑parts demand plans.
- Clean and handle follow‑up of obsolete inventory materials.
Job Qualifications
- Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Software: Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- System: Familiar with SAP or other warehouse management systems.
- Soft skills: Communication and coordination skills.
- Ability: Executive ability.
- Education: Logistics, finance, management, international trade or related fields, college degree or above.
- Acceptance of domestic & overseas business trips.
- Forklift or crane license (preferred).
