Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Warehouse Documentation Operator to ensure accurate documentation, timely receiving and shipping, and adherence to safety and quality standards within our warehouse. You will collaborate across Supply Chain, couriers, and internal teams to optimize daily processes and documentation compliance.
The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and flexibility to support operational objectives and improve efficiency.
Competenze
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in warehouse activities in the chemical-pharmaceutical industry.
- English language proficiency (desirable)
Mansioni
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain to optimize shipment and arrival scheduling.
- Coordinate with couriers to manage daily receiving and shipping.
- Move materials and samples and place in Warehouse locations.
- Enter Goods Receipt Notes for incoming materials.
- Prepare and ship materials and samples per procedures.
- Perform SAP and PMX transactions to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Support safety, quality, and site procedures.
- Support waste and blocked materials management as applicable.
- Perform physical counts for inventories.
