In this Adimin Coordinator role, reporting directly to the site manager and managing a team, you will:

  • Dealing with customers and the warehouse supervisor for daily activities and or extraordinary activities;
  • Verification of their fulfillment in compliance with the assigned deadlines;
  • Data extraction from management systems and obtaining KPIs to share internally and with customers after analysis;
  • Extraction of monthly data, possible reconciliation with customers, and handling internal input for reporting and/or invoicing;
  • Sharing monthly P&L results with the Site Manager;
  • Manage actively internal and external audits, and promote initiatives aimed at infrastructure improvement;

The ideal candidate has the following characteristics:

  • Strong experience in a similar role in a Logistics Company;
  • Skilled with the Office Suite, in particular Excel
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Team worker
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Customer oriented attitude: able to build successful relationship with clients
  • Good organizational and planning skills
