Banco Santander in Milan is seeking a Vice President to lead the commercial development of a defined cluster of large corporate clients, driving growth through origination, structuring and execution of Trade & Working Capital solutions.

The role requires senior relationship management, extensive product expertise across traditional trade finance and structured WC, and coordination with Risk, Legal, Compliance and cross-border teams to deliver bespoke client structures.

Competenze

8-10 years in GTB, Trade Finance, Working Capital or Structured Trade & Receivables Finance.
Proven track record originating and closing complex Trade & Working Capital transactions.
Experience managing senior relationships within large corporates and multinationals.
Ability to structure customized financing solutions and engage with senior decision-makers.
Solid understanding of credit, risk, legal and operational considerations.

Mansioni

Manage and develop senior relationships with large corporate clients and key decision-makers.
Originate and structure traditional and sophisticated Working Capital solutions.
Coordinate with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Product Management and Structuring teams.
Lead dialogue with CFOs, Treasurers and Supply Chain executives.
Support revenue forecasting, pipeline discipline and commercial planning.
