Bending Spoons is hiring for a talented creative who will own the production of visual assets across paid and organic channels. You’ll develop expertise in motion, graphic design, or illustration while expanding into adjacent areas, using AI to accelerate concepts and production.

A few examples of your responsibilities

• Create exceptional visual assets across every touchpoint. From paid and organic social content to product visuals, brand assets, and presentation decks, create work that's effective, visually compelling, and delivered fast. Own the quality of every deliverable from brief to final output.
• Master your craft and raise the bar. Develop deep expertise in your primary discipline: motion, graphic design, illustration, or others. Build skills across adjacent ones to increase the range of work you can own.
• Stay ahead of what is possible, with AI. Use AI tools to push your creative output further and faster—from generating concepts and exploring visual directions quickly, to accelerating production workflows. Stay ahead of what's possible and apply new techniques where they matter.
• Deliver at pace, without sacrificing quality. Handle a high volume of work across multiple projects and priorities without dropping below excellent. Make smart trade-offs between craft and urgency.
• Execute with business awareness. Understand why something is being made, who it's for, and what success looks like. Use that context to make better craft decisions—not just aesthetically stronger ones, but strategically purposeful ones.
• Spot opportunities and take initiative. Don't wait for a fully formed brief. Flag gaps, propose ideas, and identify moments where proactive creative work can have a real impact—then act on them.

• Competitive pay and access to company equity at a discount. Typical annual salary offers range from £56,345 to £85,797 in London and from €54,346 to €82,557 elsewhere in Europe. The lower end of these ranges applies to candidates with little or no relevant experience, while exceptionally experienced candidates may receive offers of up to £196,764 in London or €188,848 elsewhere in Europe. Candidates offered a permanent contract may choose to receive part of their compensation in discounted company equity.

Milan (Italy), London (UK), Madrid (Spain), Warsaw (Poland), or fully remote from eligible countries.

The selection process

In our screening process, we prioritize verifiable signals of excellence, regardless of seniority. There are no preferential paths beyond what your application demonstrates, and we evaluate every candidate through the same process. Bending Spoons is a demanding environment. We’re extremely ambitious and we hold ourselves—and one another—to a high standard. While this tends to lead to extraordinary learning, achievement, and career growth, it also requires significant commitment.

To help you ramp up quickly and set yourself up for success, we expect you to spend most days in our Milan office during your first few months with us, regardless of your long-term work location. It’s the best way to rapidly absorb our company culture and build trust with your new teammates. We’ll support you with generous travel and accommodation assistance. After that, you’re welcome to work from one of our offices, or remotely from approved countries—depending on what we agree at the offer stage.
