Candidates should have prior hotel experience and strong communication skills, preferably in a shipboard context. This role emphasizes attention to detail and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 2-3 years background experience as Front Desk/Receptionist in a 4 or 5 * Hotel.
• Experience handling different types of events with 80+ guests.
• Guest services shipboard experience is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Acts as primary contact for all guests with focus on V.I.P list.
• Accountable for the seamless execution of group events.
• Responds to escalated guest concerns professionally.
• Maintains appearance of the Concierge lounge.
• Coordinates special requests for personalized services.
