Constance Halaveli, a luxurious resort in the Maldives, is seeking a dedicated Villa Host to be the primary point of contact for discerning guests, ensuring an extraordinary stay.

You will provide personalized service, conduct welcomes, coordinate dining, spa, and excursions, maintain guest profiles, and assist with check-in/out while upholding the highest standards of hospitality.

Competenze

• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or resort settings.
• Proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Hospitality certifications, such as Guest Service Gold, are advantageous.
• Proficiency in hospitality management software.
• Knowledge of Maldivian culture and customs.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work well in a team in a remote island setting.
