A leading investment management firm in Italy is seeking a VIE to manage private debt and equity funds. Responsibilities include analyzing financial statements, developing Excel models for credit analysis, and preparing documentation for investment processes. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and be fluent in English. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team.

Competenze

• At least 2 years' experience in Transaction Services, M&A, or management of alternative investment funds.
• Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.

We are currently looking for a VIE to join our team.

Maintasks

• Financial statements analysis linked to investment opportunities
• Development of Excel models for credit analysis and business plans
• Preparation of the documentation required for investment processes and execution of operations

VIE Profile

Experience

At least 2 years' experience in one of the following areas:

• Transaction Services in consultancy companies
• M&A at financial boutiques
• Management of alternative investment funds

Skills & Competencies

• Aptitude forfinancial modelling, analysis and evaluation
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Languages

• English: Fluent (mandatory)
• Italian - a plus
