Job summary

STMicroelectronics Italia is seeking a junior professional to join the Demand Management team. You will contribute to forecasting and planning by consolidating, analyzing, and monitoring forecast data.

You will work with regional teams to track market demand and trend evolution, ensuring data reliability and providing analyses for Sales & Marketing. You will engage with cross-functional teams across international scopes, gaining a global understanding of business, market, and supply chain

Qualifications

• Recently graduated with Bac+5 level in engineering, business, or equivalent.
• First experience (internship, apprenticeship, academic project) in data analysis, supply chain, planning, or similar is a plus.
• Strong interest in data analysis and willingness to develop skills in this area.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to demand forecasting and planning activities through data consolidation, analysis and monitoring.
• Collaborate with regional teams to track demand evolution and market trends.
• Prepare analyses and reports for Sales & Marketing teams.
• Support identification and tracking of key business indicators.
• Participate in demand planning processes and communications with stakeholders.

VOTRE ÉQUIPE

L'équipe Demand Management joue un rôle central dans l'alignement entre les besoins du marché et la planification de la production. En étroite collaboration avec les équipes Commerciales, Marketing, Supply Chain et Product Management, elle consolide les prévisions d'activité, accompagne les prises de décision et apporte de la visibilité sur les tendances du marché afin de soutenir la performance de l'entreprise.

VOTRE MISSION

Au sein de l'équipe Demand Management, vous contribuerez aux activités de prévision et de planification de la demande en participant à la consolidation, à l'analyse et au suivi des données de prévisions commerciales.

Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec les équipes régionales afin de :

• Suivre l'évolution de la demande et des tendances du marché ;
• Garantir la fiabilité et la qualité des données de prévision ;
• Préparer des analyses et des reportings destinés aux équipes Sales & Marketing ;
• Contribuer à l'identification et au suivi des principaux indicateurs business ;
• Participer aux processus de planification de la demande et aux échanges avec les différentes parties prenantes.

Vous interviendrez sur un périmètre international, en lien avec plusieurs équipes commerciales et lignes de produits stratégiques, ce qui vous permettra de développer une compréhension globale des enjeux business, marché et supply chain de ST.

VOTRE PROFIL

• Vous êtes récemment diplôme de niveau Bac+5 (école d'ingénieur, école de commerce, université ou équivalent)
• Une première expérience (stage, alternance, projet académique) en analyse de données, supply chain, planification ou dans un domaine similaire serait un plus.
• Vous avez une bonne appétence pour l'analyse de données et souhaitez développer vos compétences dans ce domaine.
• Vous maîtrisez Excel et appréciez travailler avec des données chiffrées.
• Vous êtes curieux(se), rigoureux(se) et avez envie d'évoluer dans un environnement international.
• Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et possédez de bonnes capacités de communication.
• Vous êtes à l'aise en anglais, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.
