Vice President Strategy, Transformation & Marketing – Europe

We are looking for an exceptional leader to join us as the Strategy, Transformation & Marketing VP for Europe. This role will shape our long‑term vision, drive transformation, and ensure success across 37 European countries. The position reports to Karla Lindahl, EVP Europe, with a dotted line to EVP Strategy & Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead KONE Strategy development and execution.
• Develop and deploy KONE Way – the company’s operating model.
• Steer KONE’s investment prioritization process.
• Lead transformation programs.
• Drive the company’s agility and readiness for the future.
• Lead and support marketing initiatives, brand experiences, and events to align with KONE’s strategy and drive profitable growth.

Key Qualifications and Experience

• Leadership experience with increasing responsibility; profit‑and‑loss responsibility preferred but not required. Demonstrated record of measurable business results.
• Strategic visionary who has driven growth, profitability, or competitive positioning across industries.
• Domain expertise in strategy and transformation with deep industry knowledge and trend awareness.
• Leadership excellence: ability to inspire high‑performance, inclusive teams.
• Experience leading large‑scale transformation projects in complex environments.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Analytical proficiency using data and metrics to inform decisions.
