About the Client and Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished Vice President, KAM - Stellantis, to lead the commercial strategy and drive growth across Stellantis.

This is a pivotal executive leadership role offering the opportunity to shape regional market strategy, strengthen customer engagement, and deliver sustainable, profitable growth across a diverse portfolio of brands. The position is based in Turin, Italy, with regular engagement with global headquarters and regional leadership teams.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership for sales operations across multiple European markets, aligning regional goals with global business objectives.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Directors and Managers.
  • Drive commercial excellence through data-driven decision-making, optimized channel strategies, and best-in-class retail execution.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to deliver revenue growth and superior customer experience.
  • Lead transformation initiatives focused on digitalization, mobility, and sustainability.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration across diverse geographies and teams.
  • Represent the region within the global executive leadership team, ensuring alignment, transparency, and operational integrity.
